Title: Carmen Sandiego!
Media: Found coat and hat with much searching of thrift second hand and hat stores.
Notes: The coat used to be a frightening ladies golf club jacket but I removed the identifying logos to clean it up and make it Carmen's. Shortly thereafter I actually found a Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego id case complete with clue cards at the local recycling store. Now I'm official! :D
I do not own Carmen Sandiego. I just get to be her on occasion. XD
